- through an unsupported network;
- using an unsupported token;

- mobile-money operators;

- other third-party infrastructure.
Estimated settlement times are not guarantees unless expressly stated.
9. Third-Party Services
Koineckta may integrate or depend upon third-party:
- banks;
- payment processors;
- mobile-money operators;
- wallet infrastructure providers;
- custodians;
- liquidity providers;
- digital-asset service providers;
- blockchain networks;
- identity-verification services; and
- technology providers.
Koineckta does not control every third-party system and cannot guarantee continuous availability or performance of independent third parties. Applicable third-party terms may also govern aspects of a transaction.
10. Merchant Transactions
Where Koineckta facilitates payment to a third-party merchant, Koineckta is ordinarily the payment technology provider and not the seller of the underlying goods or services. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, disputes relating to:
- product quality;
- delivery;
- warranties;
- merchant representations;
- cancellations; or
- merchant refunds.
Such disputes should first be addressed with the relevant merchant. Nothing in this section restricts statutory consumer rights.
11. Availability of Services
Koineckta does not guarantee that every:
- feature;
- asset;
- network;
- bank;
- mobile-money channel;
- merchant service; or
- API
will be available continuously or permanently. Features may be added, restricted, suspended or discontinued where reasonably required by regulation, security, maintenance, provider availability, risk considerations or product changes.
12. Security
Koineckta uses security measures designed to protect its Services, but no internet, blockchain or electronic system can be guaranteed to be entirely free from risk. Users remain responsible for securing:
- passwords;
- authentication credentials;
- registered devices;
- external wallets;
- recovery information; and
- personal access channels.
Never disclose your password, PIN, one-time password or private keys to anyone claiming to represent Koineckta.

- third-party outages;
- blockchain protocol failures;
- user errors;

- unsupported assets or networks; or
